ACTING IN FAVOUR OF CLAIMANTS FOR THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF CLAIMS:
Drawing up of vessels sale and purchase agreements;
charter disputes (including demurrage claims);
compensation from third parties;
compensation from a vessel’s insurers and ship owners’ liability insurers;
collisions with vessels;
release of a vessel;
stevedoring damage to a vessel;
low-quality and/or negligent repairs;
delivery of a low-quality bunker to a vessel;
due to charterers’ determination of an unsafe port or berth, etc.
ACTING IN FAVOUR OF DEFENDANTS FOR THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF CLAIMS:
Charterers’ claims, including claims for redelivery of a vessel from charter and for failure to meet charter speed and fuel overrun (in case of time-charters);
arrest of the vessel for various reasons;
cargo claims;
injury to crew members or third parties;
collisions with vessels;
damage to floating or fixed objects;
removal of wrecks;
environmental pollution; etc.
